Prepare

• Follow specific instructions outlined in customer's scope of work
• Remove cob webs and any mildew
  
• Fill any voids, holes, imperfections and cracks

Paint

• Clean all woodwork and wipe dirt from walls
  
• Prime any imperfections and new construction
• Apply quality paint products for a consistent professional finish
• For new construction, PVA primer is recommended
  

Cleaning

• Placement of furniture back into original positions
• Floors are swept and vacuumed
• Remove all project tools, equipment, and trash from site
  
• Final inspection walk through

Clean Surfaces

• Remove dirt and mildew by pressure washing
  
• Apply additional pressure to large and/or hard to reach areas
• Hand wash delicate areas

Surface Prep

• Scrape and sand loose paint
  
• Scuff-sand glossy enamel surfaces
  
• Caulking
• Cover windows, doors, concrete surfaces, plants/lawn, and all other areas not subject to painting
  

Paint

• Prime repaired areas with oil-based products
• Application of quality paints with the use of spray machine and backrolling to ensure a consistent professional finish
• Application of quality paints to fascia, gutters, and trim with use of brush and roller
• For new construction, stucco conditioner/primer is recommended before paint application.
  

Clean

• Complete clean up shall be performed, trash removal and sweeping of paint chips

Inspect

• Complete and finalize project
• Crew inspection followed by owner inspection and sign off
